Please note that we seat in parties of 4. In the tradition of railroad fine dining, parties of 2 will most likely be seated across from another couple. Most of our guests enjoy meeting fellow rail fans. When seated with another couple, you and your guest will be seated on the same side. Larger groups will be seated in adjacent rows.

Seating is limited and trains sell out quickly, so make your reservations early online or by calling us at: 888.724.5748.

Every effort will be made to accommodate any special dietary or physical needs. For questions about accessibility of the train and its different classes please call the reservations department at 888.724.5748 prior to booking a reservation on our web site.

Call our Group Sales Line at 719.276.4006 to book the entire car for your special group.

Enjoy comfortable table style seating in one of our historic Club cars, featuring a full-service bar, great service, outstanding views, and delicious food. It’s a fun place to hang-out with your friends and family, in a meticulously restored train car.

Fresh, delicious, locally sourced ingredients combine to make our 403 menu (named after our 1950’s locomotive) a favorite for breakfast and lunch aboard Coach, Club and Vista Dome.

Our chef’s bistro-style menu features popular appetizers and other favorites like breakfast burritos, pancakes, & omelets on our 9:30 PM departure, and Basil Chicken Panini, grass-fed angus & buffalo burgers served on our 12:30 and 3:30 PM departures. All of our entrees are prepared on board and many are made with fresh ingredients grown or raised right here in Colorado.

Club class guests also have access to one of our open-air cars, for a an up-close-and-personal experience of this 1,000-foot deep canyon, called the Royal Gorge.

Learn more about Colorado’s most historic train route from your friendly server, who will also pick up your favorite drinks from this railroad’s fully stocked bar, including locally produced wines from the award-winning Winery at Holy Cross Abbey. You can make your way to the open-air car while enjoying both your beverage and breathtaking views.

Please call Reservations if you have a wheelchair (24″maximum at base) walker or difficulties climbing stairs.
