Please note that our tables seat parties of 4. In the tradition of railroad fine dining, parties of 2 will most likely be seated across the table from another couple. Most of our guests enjoy meeting fellow rail fans. When seated with another couple, you and your guest will be seated on the same side of the table. Larger groups will be seated at adjacent tables. Seating is limited and trains sell out quickly, so make your reservations early!

Every effort will be made to accommodate any special dietary or physical needs. Relax in style while enjoying the spectacular scenery of the Royal Gorge in either a Vista Dome or elegant dining car. Chateau Montelena

First Course:

Chateau Montelena Riesling

Pacific Rim Chicken Salad on Bib Lettuce.

Second Course:

Chateau Montelena Napa Chardonnay

Crab stuffed shrimp wrapped with bacon and topped with Jalapeno Lobster Cream Sauce over garlic mashed potatoes.

Third Course:

Chateau Montelena Zinfandel

Fresh asparagus wrapped with Elk Carpaccio with candied pecans and craisins drizzled with our house balsamic glaze.

Fourth Course:

Chateau Montelena Napa Cabernet

Buffalo Wellington Marsala over Colorado quinoa and seasonal vegetables.

Fifth Course:

Caramel Espresso Panna Cotta, served with our locally roasted, special blend coffee.
