Join us for our Deluxe Dining experience aboard the Royal Gorge Route First Class Dinner Train on our 6:30 p.m. departure, every Saturday evening on Vista Dome and Club Class throughout the summer. Choose from our fantastic three-course menu, which includes Colorado Slow-roasted Prime Rib, Roasted Chicken, Atlantic Salmon and Vegetarian Napoleon.
If you fancy something on the casual side, you are also invited to ride aboard Vista Dome, Club or Coach and order from our 403 Grill Menu. Whichever you choose, the views are spectacular, the service is sincerely friendly and the food is made from scratch, with love, using virtually all locally sourced ingredients. And, every departure features a fully stocked bar with your favorite wines, microbrews and spirits.
Likewise, the open observation car is always open, so step outside and take in the majesty of the Royal Gorge any time during your journey.
