Please note that we seat in parties of 4. In the tradition of railroad dining, parties of 2 will most likely be seated across from another couple. Most of our guests enjoy meeting fellow rail fans. When seated with another couple, you and your guest will be seated on the same side. Larger groups will be seated in adjacent rows. Seating is limited and trains sell out quickly, so make your reservations early!

Every effort will be made to accommodate any special dietary or physical needs. Join us for a Four-Course Pairing Experience featuring Colorado Craft Distillers

Spirits through the Gorge is the Royal Gorge Route Railroad’s four-course foodie excursion. Enjoy a hearty platter of tantalizing creations, carefully crafted by our talented chefs inspired by the local Colorado spirits featured Sundays thru February 23rd! As we make our way through the spectacular Royal Gorge, let us know when you’re ready for your favorite spirit mixed in a complementary, signature cocktail just for you.

February. 23rd – Leopold Bros. Four-Course Pairing:

First Pairing// Bourbon barbecue pork osso bucco braised and simmered, served over garlic mashed potatoes with balsamic glazed vegetables. Paired with Leopold Bros. Straight Bourbon.
Second Pairing// Atlantic salmon salad with roasted red peppers, onion, celery, pickle and a sweet agave dressing — served on a croissant with Swiss. Paired with Leopold Bros. Rocky Mountain Blackberry Whiskey.
Third Pairing// Soy Lime Chicken with lime, honey and herbs served with Colorado quinoa and micro greens with tomato. Paired with Leopold Bros. Michigan Tart Cherry Liquor.
Fourth Pairing// Crisp applewood bacon, lettuce and tomato on mini brioche with garlic pestoli. Paired with Leopold Bros. American Small Batch Gin.
