This is full-on open-air dance party aboard the Royal Gorge Route, right in the middle of Colorado’s grandest canyon. You have to experience it to understand the unbelievable immersive vibe of this Rocky Mountain dance party in the middle of Colorado’s stunning Royal Gorge. Imagine yourself on the open-air dance floor, watching the laser lights against the sheer rock walls, along with friends, getting lost in the music and dancing the night away!
It’s all happening aboard our all-new Laser Light Show Train Ride at 6:30 p.m. throughout year — and you’re invited.

DATES OF SERVICE:
Dinner Train with Laser Light Show is available on all evening departures!
Your Itinerary
- Arrive approximately 60 minutes prior to departure.
- Visit the Santa Fe Depot to pick up your tickets to ride.
- Shop at our Trackside Mercantile or visit the Happy Endings Caboose Cafe for a pre-journey cocktail or mocktail.
- Prepare to board the train approximately 30 minutes before your 6:30 p.m. departure.
- Get comfortable in your seats, order a beverage, and prepare for an epic night under the stars!
- Enjoy dinner and drinks which you may order when booking your tickets, or once aboard the train. Our fully stocked bar remains open throughout your journey.
- The Royal Gorge Laser Light Show, orchestrated to your favorite tunes on an unbelievable sound system, will start right around sundown. Join us on the open-air car, drink in hand, and enjoy the show!
- Feel free to remain comfortably seated in your railcar for a more or relaxed vibe.
- After your ride, but before you depart the grounds, you’ll have one last opportunity to spend time in our Trackside Mercantile to pick up gifts, goodies and collectibles.

Vista Dome & Deluxe First Class Dining Experience: $249 per person (13+ and older)
- Includes journey and our three-course gourmet train dining experience featuring a welcoming glass of sparkling wine, Baby Wedge Salad, French Rolls with salted butter, and your choice of entree. We’ll complete your evening with our Italian Panna Cotta topped with raspberry coulis and a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
Ala Carte Laser Light Experience: $124+/per ticket
Ticket includes journey. Dining and beverages are additional.

We invite you to indulge in our made-to-order entrees for dinner, from our fresh grill menu and pair it up with our wide selection of cocktails, mocktails, Colorado brews, and fantastic wines. Pre-order while booking your journey and order additional favorites while aboard. Enjoy your drinks at your table or anytime aboard our open-air car, where you can soak in the breathtaking scenery.

- Pre-purchase your meal and enjoy a complimentary drink—your choice of draft microbrew, glass of wine, or soft drink—paired with a limited-edition commemorative pint glass to take home. Select your entrée onboard from our popular grill menu, where all of our delicious entrees are prepared fresh onboard the train. Options include our juicy Angus Burger, Chicken Pesto Panini, Grilled Chicken Bacon Cheddar Sandwich, Turkey Bacon Hoagie, Veggie Wrap, Pulled Pork Sandwich, and Signature Salad. $35 per person.

In keeping with railroad tradition, parties of two might be combined to sit together at a table of four. When seated with another couple, you and your guest will be seated on the same side of the table. Parties of four will always be seated at the same table.
Same-Day & Group Booking
For same-day bookings, please call the reservations department. For walk-ups, we do assess a $10 per ticket fee.

Seating
Seating is limited and trains sell out quickly, so make your reservations early online or by calling us at 719-276-4000. You may also purchase your tickets on site at the Santa Fe Depot for an additional $10 per ticket walk-up fee.
In the longstanding tradition of railroad dining, please note that we seat in parties of 4. Parties of 2 will most likely be seated across from another couple. This is an incredible opportunity to meet fellow rail fans, travelers, and new friends. When seated with another couple, you and your guest will be seated on the same side. Larger groups will be seated in adjacent rows.
Every effort will be made to accommodate physical needs. For questions about the accessibility of the train, its different classes, or if you would like to be seated with another party, please call the reservations department at 719-276-4000 prior to booking a reservation on our web site.
First Class Dining Experience
Savor an unforgettable dining experience with your choice of First Class, scratch-made entrees, including Colorado Prime Rib, Chicken Marsala, Atlantic Salmon, and Vegetable Napoleon.
During your journey, professional waitstaff will take care of you as we navigate through Colorado’s grandest canyon. Pair your entree with your favorites from our fully stocked bar. Dietary Accommodations
We offer full menu options to accommodate any dietary restrictions our passengers might have. Every effort will be made to accommodate any special dietary or physical needs. For serious allergies, please call our reservations line at 719-276-4000 in advance of your ride to ensure our team is aware of your needs. However, because we serve known allergens, please be advised that we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
Wheelchair Accessibility
The train only can accommodate a limited number of wheelchair patrons per each train departure. The Vista Dome is not accessible to wheelchairs. Guests must be able to climb 14 steps themselves in order to sit in the Dome Cars.
Please call Reservations if you have a wheelchair (24″maximum at base), walker, or difficulties climbing stairs. For questions about the accessibility of the train and its different classes, please call prior to booking a reservation on our website. All seating is assigned/reserved and cannot be guaranteed. Please call a representative at 719-276-4000 to book your tickets for the entire party with a wheelchair or movement impaired passenger.
