Once a retired caboose, now the Royal Gorge Region’s newest local’s favorite cafe, the Happy Endings Caboose Cafe is open daily for all your espresso, local coffee, breakfast, and lunch needs. Located near the Royal Gorge Route Railroad Santa Fe Depot in Canon City, this train car was refinished and refurnished with love into a vintage coffee shop with a gorgeous new kitchen to make it all from scratch.
