Please arrive at least one hour prior to your scheduled departure time. Trains depart promptly at the scheduled departure time.

If you purchased tickets for the First Class Lunch or First Class Dinner Train, your multi-course dining experience, including a glass of complimentary champagne, is included in the price of your ticket. All other beverages, as well as staff gratuities, are additional.
For all other classes of service / journeys, delicious entrees, wine, beer, and cocktails are available for purchase on board the train. Staff gratuities are also additional.
No outside food or beverages are allowed on the train as we are a fully licensed restaurant.
Animals:
Animals are not allowed on the train. We are a licensed restaurant and only certified, licensed service dogs will be allowed to board the train. Emotional support animals of any type are not allowed on the train.
The owner of the service animal must provide all of the care that the service animal requires. Any food or water which the animal requires, and appropriate containers for serving food and water to the animal, should be provided by the owner. Sanitary toilet arrangements must also be made by the owner of the animal, and, in the interest of the health and safety of our guests, the staff of the train will not handle or dispose of animal droppings or urine for the owner.
Arrival & Parking
The Royal Gorge Route Railroad is located at 401 Water St., Canon City, CO 81212. Travel to Canon City via Highway 50, turn south on Third Street, across the Railroad tracks, to the Santa Fe Depot. Parking is available in multiple connected lots near the Santa Fe Depot.
General Instructions
Arrive at least one hour before your scheduled departure. It takes an average of 20 minutes to park, pick up your tickets and board the train. We suggest you allow time to enjoy shopping in our Santa Fe Depot and relax in your seats aboard the train prior to departure. Please plan to wear comfortable shoes that remain on your feet throughout the journey.
