Enjoy a welcoming glass of sparkling wine, followed by a baby wedge salad, warm French rolls with salted butter, and your choice of first class entree. We’ll complete your experience with our Italian Panna Cotta topped with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream.

We invite you to order cocktails, mocktails, Colorado draft brews or your favorites from our Conductors Reserve Wine List throughout your journey. All beverages and additional menu offerings are available for purchase.

We invite you to indulge in our made-to-order entrees for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, from our fresh grill menu and pair it up with our wide selection of cocktails, mocktails, Colorado brews, and fantastic wines. Pre-order while booking your journey and order additional favorites while aboard. Enjoy your drinks at your table or anytime aboard our open-air car, where you can soak in the breathtaking scenery.

• Pre-purchase your meal and enjoy a complimentary drink—your choice of draft microbrew, glass of wine, or soft drink—paired with a limited-edition commemorative pint glass to take home. Select your entrée onboard from our popular grill menu, where all of our delicious entrees are prepared fresh onboard the train. Options include our juicy Angus Burger, Chicken Pesto Panini, Grilled Chicken Bacon Cheddar Sandwich, Turkey Bacon Hoagie, Veggie Wrap, Pulled Pork Sandwich, and Signature Salad. $35 per person.

For same day booking please call the reservations department. We assess a $10 per ticket walk-up fee.

Please note that we seat in parties of 4. In the tradition of railroad fine dining, parties of 2 will most likely be seated across from another couple. Most of our guests enjoy meeting fellow rail fans. When seated with another couple, you and your guest will be seated on the same side. Larger groups will be seated in adjacent rows.

Seating is limited and trains sell out quickly, so make your reservations early online or by calling us at 719-276-4000. You may also purchase your tickets on site at the Santa Fe Depot for an additional $10 walk-up fee.
